Election-Results-Viewer testing was conducted on various Windows hardware platforms with great success.

Please note that some older versions of NT had a problem running Java if the color graphics system was set to true color (24-bit color).  If you are having a problem running the Viewer, look at your task manager.  If CPU is near 100%, end the browser task and change your display properties to something less than true color.  Re-launch the browser and you should be fine.
